1. Returns

  • You may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged item within 1 days after you received your product for a full refund.
  • To initiate a return, please go to Request Return/Exchange or contact our customer service team for more assistance.
  • Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and parts intact.
  • To get fast approval of your request send us all product images on our WhatsApp number.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

2. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt or for items of equal or lesser value.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please go to Request Return/Exchange or contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
  • To get fast approval of your request send us all product images on our WhatsApp number.
  • Exchanges will be processed promptly once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If the exchanged item is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the price difference. If the exchanged item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
  • The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
